What are the centre closure days?
The centre will be closed full day on Teacher's Day, Children's Day, Public Holidays, Christmas eve, New Year eve, Chinese New Year eve, and the 3rd day of Chinese New Year. There will be no make-up classes for these closure days.


How to enrol?
Please come down in person to our centre to fill up the Enrolment Form and make full payment.

Can my child enrol and commence the course on the same day?
Yes. However, it will subject to availability at the time of enrolment.

Personal Data Collection
When your child enrols in our classes, we will collect your personal particulars for the following purposes:

  1. maintain billing records;
  2. send SMS reminders and notices;
  3. make telephone calls for scheduling, billing and class matters;
  4. send invoices and letters;
  5. send new schedules for next level of study.
Your particulars will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party.


Is there any make-up class if my child did not attend a lesson?

We provide make-up class for medical leave, compassionate leave or schedule clash with official school activity. Documentary proof is required for make-up request. Make-up class will be forfeited if the student does not attend the class. Make-up class request due to personal reasons will not be entertained.


How much must I pay ?

First Payment = First Month Course Fee + One-month deposit + Registration Fee (for new students)
Subsequent Payment = Monthly Course Fee

How often do I need to pay fees?
Monthly, at beginning of the month. The due date is the 10th day of each month.

Do I need to pay materials fee?
Course materials are included in the course fees. No additional payment is required.

What are the payment modes available?
NETS, cheque, cash, credit card, Internet Banking via FAST.

What is the referral program?
You will get $20 off your next bill when you refer a friend or relative to enrol in our classes. The referee must specify your child's name (referrer) at the point of enrolment


How do I withdraw my child from a course?
A one-month notice must be given for complete or partial withdrawal from the courses enrolled. The Withdrawal Form, available at the reception, must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian. The one-month deposit will be used to offset the final bill for complete withdrawal. Any balance monies will be refunded by cheque. The student is required to attend the remaining lessons while serving the notice. Immediate withdrawal notice will not be entertained.
